What to expect from an ACMA Mentor?

Guidance and support:Mentees should expect their mentors to provide them with guidance and support as they navigate their careers and personal development. This may involve providing advice on specific challenges, offering feedback on their work, and helping them set and achieve goals.

Expertise and knowledgeMentees should expect their mentors to share their expertise and knowledge in the mentee's field of interest. This may involve providing insights into industry trends, sharing relevant resources, and offering tips and strategies for success.

Honest and constructive feedback : Mentees should expect their mentors to provide them with honest and constructive feedback on their work and performance. This feedback should be given in a supportive and respectful manner, with the goal of helping the mentee grow and develop.

A sounding board for ideas : Mentees should expect their mentors to be a sounding board for their ideas and concerns. This means being willing to listen to the mentee's thoughts, offer suggestions, and help them brainstorm solutions to problems.
