Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA)
Created in 2015 out of a need for more transparent quality and competency standards in the biopharma space, the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) has evolved into the only independent accrediting body overseeing the life sciences industry. The ACMA works across the industry to credential individuals and accredits the practices of various companies operating in the arena.
Today, the ACMA works with 250 of the top pharmaceutical companies, as well as Industry Organizations, Regulators, and Academia to further its mission: Establishing Best-in-Class Practices across the Life Sciences Industry to ensure the most rigorous quality/competency standards are established and globally enforced to elevate patient care.
