    Job Title: Medical Affairs Content Developer (Contractor / Part-Time)Location: RemoteOrganization: Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA)Position Summary: The Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Affairs Content Developer to join our team on a contractor or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD, MD, or PhD and possess a strong background in medical communications or non-promotional medical education. This role will involve creating, editing, and refining educational content across various therapeutic areas to support our mission of enhancing standards in medical affairs, reimbursement, and the life sciences industry in general. Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Development: Develop and structure high-quality, evidence-based educational materials, including presentations, manuscripts, modules, and other multimedia resources.
    • Editing and Review: Refine and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to scientific and educational standards. Work collaboratively to revise materials based on feedback.
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert insights across multiple therapeutic areas, leveraging current medical and scientific knowledge to maintain accuracy and relevance in educational materials.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets ACMA’s standards for non-promotional, balanced, and scientifically accurate information.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with ACMA’s team to align educational content with learning objectives and regulatory guidelines, ensuring seamless integration into various learning solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in a medical or life sciences discipline.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or non-promotional medical education.
    • Proven ability to develop and edit high-quality, scientifically rigorous content across a range of therapeutic areas.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in medical education.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience with digital learning platforms, educational content management, or instructional design.
    • Previous experience in a medical education or pharmaceutical industry setting.
